March 2009 - Our greatest fear was realised, as details of a pigeon poisoning event in the city was reported by the public.
Nov 2008 - Marcus Lush went a little further on his investigation of the issue and also spoke to Guy Merchant from PiCAS international about the issue
Nov 2008 - Radio Live's Marcus Lush also spoke to the Deputy Mayor about the issue at the same time
October 2008 - The Deputy Mayor was called on radio to discuss the pigeon issue, and at this time he said they were not definitely going to be culled but that the council was considering all of the options.
October 2008 - Radio New Zealand got involved as well and presented the story on October 15th with statements from the SPCA
October 2008 - Television 3 news also got involved and covered our street protest, although not entirely favourable it bought wide attention to the issue.

September 2008 - This shock announcement was made by the Wellington City Council on September 29th 2008December 2007 - The issue of culling pigeons first raised its ugly head when this ridiculous press release was issued by the Council's public health officer on December 10th 2007.
